His coffees always stand out as being very bright and fruity with lots of depth and sweetness that is always prized in a washed processed coffee! Don Felix pays his pickers premiums for fully ripe cherries and processes his coffee on the farm after picking. The coffee of El Porral grows among plantain, banana, avocado, berries and pineapple.
