Don Roberto’s wife, Yolanda Garrido de Molina, worked the farm after his death in 2012. The Vides family, Roberto Molina’s nephews, recently took over production on the farm with washed, natural and honey processed coffees.
The farm has achieved Rainforest Alliance Certification and grows coffee on 6 lots. Fully ripe cherries are pulped and spend 18 to 24 hours in fermentation before being fully washed.
