Description: Rancho San Francisco is grown on a farm run by third generation coffee farmers Delmar and Fernando Moreno Guillen in the mountains of Chiapas. The region is bordered by two renowned specialty coffee regions - Huehuetenango to the west and Oaxaca to the east. The region, similar to it’s neighbors, is famous for ideal coffee growing conditions, and the Guillen’s make the most of it. They take advantage of the natural shade trees, and while the farm isn’t certified organic, Delmar and Fernando grow all of the coffee on their farm without the use of chemical fertilizers.
This lot is perfect for a daily drinker. It’s sweet and robust, with flavors of Marshmallow, Milk Chocolate, Sweet Tobacco, and Caramel.
