Finca Los Hermanos has been in the Correa family for 5 generations and is now operating under the two brothers William & Edgar Correa. This coffee is an exclusive blend of the two farms with 17 hectares between them. Varietals including Dos Mil & Castillo are grown here under low shade trees, including banana and plantain. Native Yarumo and Guayacan trees provide additional layers of shade in many parts of the farm.
The washed coffee is depulped and fermented for 16 hours. It is then washed, floaters are taken out, and it is sun dried on patios and African style beds.
