It opens up more direct-trade opportunities and we’re able to buy this beautiful coffee.

Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Kochere Washed - Green

Fruity goodness!

Thanks again Steve and the wonderful team at Bodhi Leaf. Roasted these beans on the Aillio Bullet R1 V2 and they were fantastic! We want more!!

Ethiopia coffee

Great roasting coffee, I have a small roasting business and this is the favorite for two of my clients.

Ethipioan heirloom beans at their best!

I'm a manual pan roaster meaning that I am part of the whole roasting process one stir at a time (hotplate, covered/vented non stick saucepan, spatula). These heirloom beans have a really beautiful, almost floral-like smell when roasting that is unique to green coffee (every variety has a different, early roasting smell but these beans are truly special). If you haven't experienced the full beginning to end roast cycle, try going manual sometime for a really fun and rewarding treat (albeit don't plan on going anywhere for about 90 minutes). Regardless of how you roast these beans, I think you will find these some of the best of the Ethiopian heirloom beans around. Fresh crop, roasts pretty evenly/quickly and that special heirloom taste profile reward at the end- wow!

farm to cup

We get our beans from the farms and roast coffee daily. We truly are farm to cup.
