We'll be exploring the basics of coffee tasting as the standard method of evaluating coffee.

- Sample Preparation
- SCA standards
- Sample roasting
- Coffee overview from seed to cup
- Specific flavor notes
- What effects taste and quality
- Sample Evaluation
- Cupping form and cupping scores
- What is specialty coffee
