Class is back in session & we look forward to sharing our lab with our coffee community again!

We'll be exploring the basics of coffee tasting as the standard method of evaluating coffee.

Topics will include:

  • Sample Preparation
    • SCA standards
    • Sample roasting
  • Tasting
    • Coffee overview from seed to cup
    • Specific flavor notes
    • What effects taste and quality
  • Sample Evaluation
    • Cupping form and cupping scores
    • What is specialty coffee

Price:$45 and includes 12 oz of roasted coffee to take home!

This class was really fun and enlightening. Was super cool to go behind the scenes of a proper craft coffee company and see the passion in their process. Also bonus for them, their transparency and willingness to share with the consumer instilled even more trust in their product. Will definitely go to the next class they offer!
