We'll be exploring the basics of coffee tasting as the standard method of evaluating coffee.

• Sample roasting
• Tasting
• Coffee overview from seed to cup
• Specific flavor notes
• What effects taste and quality
• Sample Evaluation
• Cupping form and cupping scores
• What is specialty coffee
