Stopped at the shop in Santa Clarita and had a pour over of this (16:1 ratio) and holy…moly…just amazing. Be wary of people leaving bad reviews. Brew it right and it’ll knock your socks off. Explosion of cherry, lime, mango, etc. Smooth chocolatey finish. I love coffee with cherry notes and this was just great. Thanks Bodhi!

Taste good cold

This is one of coffee beans that I purchased one week ago. I don't know if I have a different taste bud. This coffee tastes sour and bitter to me maybe it's because the way I brew this coffee. This is the first cup of coffee from this bag and what am I going to do with the rest of it, I keep thinking. After an hour of letting it sit there, I try again. It's cold. To my surprise, it taste so good cold!! No sugar and no cream and it taste so good cold. So glad I try it again and discover how I am going to drink this coffee from now on.
