Description: This coffee comes from Bourbon Specialty who produces coffee in some of the best and most well-known regions for coffee production in Brazil. This one, coming from Poços de Caldas in south western Minas Gerais, is a great example of this region’s cup characteristics. Farms contributing to this lot use a mix of drying techniques with coffees starting on raised beds and then finishing in mechanical dryers for consistency.
In the cup we get an overall sweet profile that balances in a touch of brightness with notes of Citrus, Prune, and Hazelnut.
