Description: This coffee comes from Bourbon Specialty who produces coffee in some of the best and most well-known regions for coffee production in Brazil. This one, comes from the region that Bourbon exported it’s first coffee from, Vale de Grama in São Paulo state. Farms contributing to this lot use a mix of drying techniques with coffees starting on raised beds and then finishing in mechanical dryers for consistency.
In the cup, this one is robust and sweet with notes of Chocolate Malt, Caramel, and Vanilla.
After roasting, what I got was not unpleasant smelling, but definitely not coffee.
this is one of the best coffee I am using now.it is a verstile coffee can be used as a single or as a blend ,rich in choclate and caramel flavor. with medium roast it is amazing .please Bodhi keep this coffee available in future.
This coffee in my limited experience seems to be an typical Brazilian which I love! Very chocolatey traditional espresso flavor.
