Description: Cafe Laboyano is a fully traceable lot from lots grown by producers in and around the South of Huila, including Pitalito, Saladoblanco, Palestina, Acevedo, and La Argentina. This community lot is carefully put together with every individual lot cupped a number of times before being included within the main lot. Once coffees have been chosen to be included in Laboyano, producers deliver their coffee to the mill where each incoming bag is cupped again to ensure quality, and then remains untouched in grain pro until the entire lot is ready to be milled.
With the strict standards for everything from selecting coffees included, to milling, this one has the sweetness of nougat, with a brightness of a caramel apple, and a chocolatey linger.
