Description: Madre Laura is a shining example of a community who share the same dedication to their craft. 19 farmers in the town have come together for this lot to produce something really incredible. The effort it takes to make this happen is notable. It requires strict QC to ensure that each farmer is delivering the same quality and profile coffee. After lots are picked, the group delivers to a central location with raised drying beds where they collaboratively oversee drying. Jerico is a small town that sits high up in the mountains of Antioquia; the farms who contribute to this lot are all between 1,900 - 2,100 meters above sea level.

This coffee arrived to our warehouse showing the hard work put into this communal effort, tasting pretty incredible. We got notes of ripe blackberry and tropical fruit juice, some critic acidity of fresh lime, a hint of earl grey tea, and a lingering finish of dark chocolate
