Description: This family project started in 2015 with the goal to improve the coffee quality and therefore the income for the coffee they process. The Socafé micro-mill processed a small quantity of his total coffee production this last harvest, but they want to increase the quantity processed year by year. The 8 hectares farm is located in San Isidro de Leon Cortez at 1750 masl. It’s very important for don Ramiro and his family to nurse and take good care of the coffee plants. They know the shade and to renovate with new plants is very important as well as sustainable practices in their farm.
