Description: Don William Mora and his family have been working in this coffee farm for about 20 years and they own a 10 hectares coffee farm located in Parrita, Aserri. Within this 10 hectares planted with coffee there is also 10 hectares protected mountain. They work in a very sustainable way at their farm.

After the right sorting and picking selection, Don William takes the cherries to a floating system that separates the vane, unripe and bad cherries from the ripe and good cherries. Then they put the cherries in African beds. These beds are outside where the sunlight comes directly to dry the coffee. It takes around 17 to 25 days to get the coffee to the right moisture content 10%-11%.

We get our beans from the farms and roast coffee daily. We truly are farm to cup.
