*Cascara is a coffee cherry tea, made from the dried berries of the coffee plant, that is filled with natural sugars, vitamins, oils, and antioxidants that come from the skin and pulp of the cherry.*
Hot Brew:Heat water to a temperature of 200ºF. Use 18g (3 heaping tablespoons) of tea to 300g (10oz.) of water. Place tea in heated water and let stand for 6 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
Cold Brew:Use 36g (6 heaping tablespoons) of tea to 300g (10oz.) of cold water. Place tea in water and let stand in the fridge for 24 hours. Strain and enjoy.

The coffee is dehydrated in the sun in cherry on raised beds until it reaches a moisture of 12%. It is then stored to wait for its storage process. In the storage process, it avoids the exposure to high relative humidity and light with Grain Pro bags.
The husk and coffee are separated by a process called "tria" and then both pass through machine selection processes by density and volume. The denser shell that comes out of the machines is selected by hand to clean it of small grains and impurities.
After this process, it is dehydrated in ovens to bring it to a humidity level of 7% to 9% where it is used to pasteurize and then it is packed in special bags or containers, usually under vacuum to preserve all its organoleptic characteristics.
Flavors: It contains a lot of fiber and caffeine, this being of only mature grains and including the sugars of the ripe fruit that have the taste of dehydrated fruits like plums, raisins, and cherries.
