About seven years ago they planted a small plot of Geisha alongside their established Bourbon — a bet on bringing more organoleptic range out of an already award-winning farm — and this washed lot is part of that newer program. Cherries are picked at peak ripeness, pulped, and fermented 8-12 hours before washing, then dried on African beds for 13-18 days.
