I am a home roaster. I roasted this with a faster roast profile to near the end of first crack. I brewed it as espresso and with a V60. With a V60, I wrote down flavor notes of lemongrass (in a good way) on the front end with a slight sweet green grape finish. I did not detect the suggested pomegranate flavor notes until the coffee started to cool down. As espresso, I wrote down tasting notes of sweet, ginger-like spice, and herbal finish (in a good way). I really liked this coffee.
