Clean and smooth. Good crowd pleaser! Hard for me to give 5 stars....
I must say, the Ethiopian coffees, especially this one has been one coffee I can almost hit the same profile every roast, (hard to do on a Behmor), has some great notes, I always roast mine to medium, usually get first crack by 10 minutes, and only run first crack for 1 minute, due to slow cool down on machine.
From the first sip, I know this one's good.
It has the fruity acidity of an Ethiopian Natural, and with a full body.
Ethiopia Sidama Godicho Washed - Green
Had to run on high temp all through the roasting process to get my cracks. 2nd crack hard to discern. In the end, a good bean, good flavors.
