I am a home roaster. I roasted this coffee to the end of first crack. I used a V60 and espresso to brew this coffee. I found that I preferred this coffee as a pour over. I wrote down tasting notes of mild acidity up front with subtle flavors that reminded me of peach teach or watermelon. This was a coffee that was good, but just not great, and maybe it wasn't great because of some defect in my roasting. It was a coffee that I would like the occasional cup of, but not daily. I purchased this coffee primarily because I had not tasted a coffee yet with watermelon like flavor notes and this coffee did not disappoint especially when I brewed it with 210F water.

outstanding fruitiness at city+ roast. Absolutely delicious!
Really love the fruitiness and smooth acidity of this varietal. The berry flavors really shine through in a light roast.
