Description: Silvano Hidalgo owns and manages this 7 hectare farm at nearly 1800 meters above sea level! Caturra and Catuai varieties are grown and processed on site using fully washed methods. Pulped coffee is given 24 to 36 hours of fermentation before washing and drying. The resulting cup has a unique flavor with notes of dark fruits and a sweet spiced attribute reminiscent of a glazed cinnamon roll.
