Description: Karen Carrillo learned how to grow coffee from her grandfather. She worked to put herself through high school and college. After graduating from college in 2008, she continued to work in the coffee industry for 6 years in different areas from production to the area of exports. In 2014, with her brother Edgar, they founded Pacayal Coffee with a passion for the quality and investigation of processes that improve the notes of the coffees. Pacayal Coffee contributes to the conservation of the environment through sustainable production.
