Description:  The San Salvador farm is located in Dipilto, Nueva Segovia- Nicaragua. The altitude farm is between 1000-1300 masl. The farm has two varieties Caturra and Java.  The cup profile of San Salvador coffees have a consistent, enduring residual body with a citrus note of acidity.

We get our beans from the farms and roast coffee daily. We truly are farm to cup.
