Producer Carlos Mejía Rodríguez named the farm after his eldest daughter, and his son Mario now handles day-to-day operations alongside their neighboring farm, Finca El Jardin. At around 25 hectares, it’s managed as a model farm with a real focus on ecological balance and long-term sustainability, not just for the coffee, but for the families working there. This IHCAFE 90 variety lot was sun-dried for just over 2 weeks and then rested in burlap sacks before prepping for export.
