This Blend is a fun way for our roasting team to close out a few of our favorite single origins as we make space in our roastery for incoming arrivals. Over the past couple of weeks we have been tinkering with different blends and this 50/50 blend of Sumatra Gayo Natural and Honduras La Paz Washed was our collective favorite. Wtih that being said, we hope you enjoy round 1 of Wild Card as much as we do!
