Merchandise and Equipment Returns
We offer a 30-day return from order date on our merchandise and equipment products. Merchandise and equipment must be returned in the original packaging and in brand new, unused condition to receive a refund. We will extend this period during the holiday season as necessary.
We cannot offer returns on any used merchandise or equipment products. If you have questions or are unsure about any of our products, feel free to reach out to us at email@example.com, as we would love to give you more information before making your purchase.
If your item malfunctions prematurely, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can put you in touch with the manufacturer. Most of the manufacturers we work with offer a 1-year warranty on their products.
If you are having trouble using a piece of equipment, please refer to the Education Page of our website, where he have informational guides to help you through the process of brewing or roasting coffee.
Because coffee is a food product, we will not be able to accept returns on any of our roasted or green coffee.
GREEN COFFEE BUYERS: We are confident in the quality of the specialty coffees we source. Each coffee is evaluated at least three times before it makes its way to our offerings list: as an offer sample at origin or in our lab, as a pre-ship sample, and as an arrival sample once the shipment reaches our warehouse. Our team collaboratively writes tasting notes based on a blind cupping during our evaluation of the arrival sample. If you feel a coffee is not performing, please let us know so we can flag the coffee for additional evaluation as well as provide assistance or recommendations to get the most out of your coffee. Each coffee is a unique agricultural product and each variable, from roast time and temperatures to water composition and brewing equipment, can have a huge impact on the final cup!
ROASTED COFFEE BUYERS: We roast our coffee in house daily to ensure we are providing the freshest roasted coffee possible. Each coffee goes through various roasting profiles before the perfect one is chosen to highlight that coffee’s unique attributes. Grind size and date of grinding can have a significant impact on the outcome of your cup, so we encourage customers to grind their coffee immediately before brewing whenever possible. Shipping Damages & Incorrect Orders
We ask that you inspect your package upon arrival as soon as possible. If your package was damaged, please email email@example.com with photos and the amount of product lost, and we will work with you on resolving the situation. If your order was incorrect or missing product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you on resolving the issue right away.
