A dessert for me!

I started putting Bodhi's Pura Vida in my espresso maker at home 2 years ago. It is my evening cup and a balm to the soul. Who can resist notes of milk chocolate, cherry & raspberry? Sweeten w/agave, make it a breve and viola! The perfect hot beverage!

Delicious-warm light

Love it! I enjoy a pour over in the morning. It’s warm light flavors are delicious 😋!

Fruit overload

This takes some getting used to. The funk of the natural process is strong and the fruit forward overwhelms the back of the tongue. I brewed it two ways, with a press and a pour over. The pour over helped to tame the profile and make it more drinkable. I did sense that the roast had a bit of a baked taste, however it may have been the power of the natural process. I will admit that I mainly buy green washed beans to roast and they have a cleaner taste profile with a more pronounced chocolate finish with my light roasts..
