*Cascara is a coffee cherry tea, made from the dried berries of the coffee plant, that is filled with natural sugars, vitamins, oils, and antioxidants that come from the skin and pulp of the cherry.*

How To Brew: Heat water to just off boiling. Use 20g (3 heaping tablespoons) of tea to 10oz of water. Place in heated water and let stand for 6 minutes. Strain and enjoy.

Description: This cascara comes from Hacienda Sonora, a farm who we've been friends and fans of for many years. Their coffee is always spectacular, and this harvest we had space enough in the container to add some Cascara Tea. If you're a fan of their coffee, or a tea drinkers, we can't suggest this enough. We get notes of dried fruit like Raisins and Cranberries, and a tartness of Hibiscus Flowers.
