While I'm certainly not an expert roaster or seasoned Guat connoisseur, something seemed lacking here. I found it to be earthy with some lemony notes on the palette, but lacking any significant aromatics upon grinding. It could be a freshness issue, but with no roast date on the bag, who can tell?

Hands down the best tasting espresso I have had! Works well with my machine as it’s not oily at all so no issues there!
