I've made two batches thus far and am still getting the hang of it, and am learning more each time I use it. The two batches have turned out great, and I now have a whole new appreciation of coffee. I'm very pleased. Be sure to find a good location for your roasting, the first time I set off the smoke alarm about 5 times. The second time I moved near an open window and turned on an overhead fan. Thank goddess I found a good youtube and write-up about how to use the thing, otherwise I would have never figured it out.
