This is a made in Japan, induction compatible coffee roasting pan, with a mesh lid to make it easier and cleaner to remove chaff when you're roasting. This is an incredible way to start roasting at home, taking things back to the basics. And before you hop up on your high horse, thinking that you're above pan roasting, in our many travels to Ethiopia, roasting on a pan is a cherished and celebrated method of roasting. When in Ethiopia, we always get the feeling that when we're being served coffee that is roasted on a pan, it's almost like we're being served a home cooked meal. Now obviously you can get incredible roasts on a drum roaster, we just want to make sure that pan roasting its flowers.
