Owned and operated by the Eduardo Alvarez who has coffee in his blood with his family having four generations of coffee production. The Las Lomas farm itself has been in the family since 1957, during which time they've developed the strict standards for quality growing and milling that make this such a delicious coffee.

We made this for our son and daughter-in-law. They both were blown away by it. They loved the nutty caramel flavor. She said that it was the best cup of coffee she ever had. It is very smooth and a great classic cup of coffee. Expresso shots are delicious, too.

This one is a stunner if you are looking for a old school balanced, nutty cup of coffee. I use 52 grams ground on 6 on my baratza vario for 6 cups. its clean, balanced, and I actually get notes of hazelnut. bought 5 lbs.
