This lot is a 13-day extended anaerobic natural process, meticulously handpicked and sun-dried, capturing the dedication behind every cherry. Composed of 80% Bourbon and 20% Caturra/Typica varietals, it delivers a cup that is as authentic as the farmers’ story woven into each harvest.
