Love this roaster

I didn’t purchase my Gene Cafe roaster from Bodhi because I hadn’t found them yet. I have had my roaster for almost 10 years and it’s still going strong. I drink a lot of coffee but find the half pound capacity works well. I always have fresh roasted beans. It is easy to set but my hearing isn’t good so I can’t hear the crack of the beans. I roast by color and have had some amazing coffee from the Bodhi beans.

Great for hobby roasters

We're really enjoying this roaster and experimenting with different roasts and beans! I like the design because it's easily adjustable and roasts really evenly. It's a fairly decent size for storing, my one complaint is I wish it had a slightly larger capacity.
