WEIGH OUT 60 GRAMS WHOLE BEAN OF YOUR FAVORITE COFFEE.

USE THE FUNNEL PROVIDED TO FILL THE FILTER WITH 60 GRAMS OF COARSELY GROUND COFFEE.

TIE FILTER CLOSED TIGHTLY SO THAT GROUNDS CANNOT ESCAPE WHILE BREWING.

AFTER THE FILTER IS TIED SHUT, PUT THE COFFEE INTO A PITCHER AND BEGIN POURING ROOM TEMPERATURE WATER OVER THE COFFEE FILTER.

TAKE CARE TO GET ALL THE GROUNDS INSIDE THE FILTER FULLY SATURATED WITH WATER (WE RECOMMEND DUNKING THE FILTER A FEW TIMES AFTER POURING ALL THE WATER).

AFTER POURING 1 LITER OF WATER (1000 GRAMS) OR 34 OUNCES, PUT LID ON PITCHER AND LET STEEP FOR 12 TO 16 HOURS, DEPENDING ON TASTE PREFERENCE.

WE SIMPLY BREW OUR COFFEE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE ON THE COUNTER TOP BUT COFFEE CAN BE BREWED INSIDE THE REFRIGERATOR.
