Brazil Decaf SWP

I have been roasting the Guatemala decaf for years but it isn’t available (no info about when or if it will return). I tried the Brazil decaf and it has good flavor, roasts about the same and I would have rated it 5 stars except that it has noticeably more caffeine that affects me. Good coffee though.

Yummo

I just got this coffee bean and roasted my first batch to try it. It is a very good coffee but to my caffeine sensitive self it still has a pretty good amount of caffeine in it. So in order to utilize it i will unfortunately have to mix it with a bean i know is pretty well caffeine free.
By the way I am brand new to roasting my own beans and this was number one bought. I will definitely buy it again and again. Im going to also try it as a cold brew coffee.
Dont be intimidated by roasting your own beans its super easy and you dont need anything fancy to do it. Iron skillet and a side burner on a gas grill work perfect...Keep stirring folks. I have caught a new habit...lol
