With an initial area of 10 hectares, he adapted the property over the years, preserving the environment while ensuring the quality of the beans. His sustainable approach goes beyond the conscious use of natural resources, encompassing soil management, water preservation, and respect for the natural growth cycle of the plants. The focus is on optimizing agricultural practices to reduce environmental impact, while producing coffee with unique flavor and excellence in every harvest. Each bean harvested reflects  commitment to responsible coffee farming, balancing innovation, respect for nature, and quality. The goal at Repolho is to offer exceptional coffee that not only delights the palate but also represents the commitment to the future of the planet.

This lot underwent a unique and accelerated fermentation process over 36 hours covered by tarps and under sunlight. After fermentation it was then laid out on patios to sundry.
