Description: Repolho farm was acquired in 2010 with the goal of cultivating coffee, and since then, sustainability has been a core pillar of Mario’s production. With an initial area of 10 hectares, he adapted the property over the years, preserving the environment while ensuring the quality of the beans. His sustainable approach goes beyond the conscious use of natural resources, encompassing soil management, water preservation, and respect for the natural growth cycle of the plants. The focus is on optimizing agricultural practices to reduce environmental impact, while producing coffee with unique flavor and excellence in every harvest. Each bean harvested reflects commitment to responsible coffee farming, balancing innovation, respect for nature, and quality. The goal at Repolho is to offer exceptional coffee that not only delights the palate but also represents the commitment to the future of the planet.
