Description: Fazenda Santa Hedwirges - SH Coffees has over 90 years of history and tradition in the production of differentiated coffees. The art of producing quality coffees has been passed down from father to son and incorporated by each of the collaborators. Planting of native trees, sewage treatment and the correct use of pesticides are some of the actions taken to preserve the more than 350 hectares of green areas.

Hugo oversaw a somewhat odd fermentation for this lot, carefully fermenting it in a truck bed for 42 hours, he thought this would simulate an older style of traditional - almost accidental - fermentation where the coffee would ferment in the beds of tractor trailers. After fermentation, the coffee was then spread out on a patio to sundry. In the cup, there’s nothing traditional about this coffee, we get notes of Tropical Fruit like Guava, Stone Fruit, and a Floral linger.
