Description: Coffee production at Rancho Grande Farm began in 1933 when Mr. Aneite Reis inherited 5 hectares of land. Over the years, the farm has evolved, continuously enhancing its production techniques through the dedicated efforts of its management team. Today, it is overseen by José Carlos Reis and his son Flávio Reis, who represent the second and third generations of the Reis family. The farm’s mission is to responsibly produce the highest quality coffee while prioritizing environmental protection and the well-being of its employees. Their commitment to excellence drives them to consistently improve the quality of their coffee, ensuring customer satisfaction remains at the forefront of their endeavors.
The coffee underwent natural fermentation in a static box for 24 hours. At the end of this period, a flow of cold air was applied to interrupt the fermentation. After one day of resting, the hot air drying stage was initiated, with the lot kept in the static box for 10 days, until the process was completed.
