Description:  This is our first ever offering from Nepal! It has a unique cup profile that reminds us of the earthiness of Sumatran coffee that comes across like a sweet tobacco, and the anaerobic processing gives it the brighter notes of Hibiscus and Blood Orange. If you're a Home Roaster who looks for traditional or Daily Drinker coffees, this is probably not going to be you cup of tea, but if you like to travel the world through coffee roasting and see what the world has to offer, get your hands on this very limited release!

Sourced from the lush hills of Nuwakot in central Nepal, this coffee thrives at altitudes of 1,300– 1,500 meters, cultivated through traditional terrace farming that has shaped the region for generations. A true single-origin, single-estate offering, it is sustainably grown and de facto organic, reflecting the care and respect of the farmers who produce it.

 

This lot is a 13-day extended anaerobic natural process, meticulously handpicked and sun-dried, capturing the dedication behind every cherry. Composed of 80% Bourbon and 20% Caturra/Typica varietals, it delivers a cup that is as authentic as the farmers’ story woven into each harvest.
