It has a unique cup profile that reminds us of the earthiness of Sumatran coffee that comes across like a sweet tobacco, and the anaerobic processing gives it the brighter notes of Hibiscus and Blood Orange. Sourced from the lush hills of Nuwakot in central Nepal, this coffee thrives at altitudes of 1,300– 1,500 meters, cultivated through traditional terrace farming that has shaped the region for generations. A true single-origin, single-estate offering, it is sustainably grown and de facto organic, reflecting the care and respect of the farmers who produce it.

This lot is a 13-day extended anaerobic natural process, meticulously handpicked and sun-dried, capturing the dedication behind every cherry. Composed of 80% Bourbon and 20% Caturra/Typica varietals, it delivers a cup that is as authentic as the farmers’ story woven into each harvest.
