Description:This very limited Roasted Coffee release is a stand out lot from our partners in Brazil who we think are some of the best in the country. This Brazilian coffee stands out from the pack from the traditional nutty Brazilian profile and reminds us of a hybrid between Brazil and a natural Ethiopian coffee.

Fazendo do Salto is managed with dedication by André, Juca, and Otávio Reis, who remain committed to producing exceptional coffee. Combining tradition and innovation, they continually strive to enhance coffee quality, adopting sustainable practices that respect the environment and value rural labor. Sustainability, from the preservation of natural resources to social responsibility, is one of the core principles that guide the farm’s production, ensuring a special coffee, rich in history and care at every stage of the process. The lot underwent natural fermentation in plastic bags in the shade, for 45 hours. After this period, the lot was transferred to the sun-drying patio, where it remained for 15 days, being turned on average six times a day, until reaching the ideal drying point.
