Medium roasted - Indonesia Sumatra

This is one of my favorite medium roasted coffee bean- not burnt, no acidity, rich , bold aroma and taste!

Smooth and very good for a darker roast

I usually avoid darker roasts but this one is very smooth and very good. You barely notice is a darker roast. I can enjoy it as a ristreto but this one is now my new favorite when I want an americano. It is strong but smooth to make the perfect americano flavor wise without getting too watery.
