Honduras Organic Copan - Green
Not a favorite. Experimenting with roasting settings. Hope to see improvement.
It roasted nicely and has great flavors.
I've been roasting this at light-to-medium levels on my Behmor and have enjoyed it greatly. A clean and balanced cup with plenty of sweetness and a juicy acidity on the front. Side note: If you're doing light roasts (City-City+) with this, give it a good 5-7 days of rest before brewing. It's worth the wait!
I love this coffee. I like dark roast. It has rich dark chocolate flavor and is great for drip and espresso as well!
