Great bean, Major price increase

Just like the title says, I've bought this bean often last year prior to it selling out and it was the best price to quality ratio a coffee roaster/consumer could want. However after Bodhi Leaf recieved their latest shipment it came with a huge price increase. Over $2 per pound increase, that's quite a lot! I had to switch suppliers for now but if Bodhi Leaf decides to return back to the previous price per pound I would be happy to repurchase and change my review to 5 stars. To conclude: it's a great tasting coffee when roasted right but not enough to justify >2$ price increase

This one is great! It’s bold.

I did a medium roast on this one and it was so good in espressos. I’m new to coffee roasting so I don’t know if this is the correct description but it’s more nutty and bold. (Not very floral). It seemed to pair well with the pumpkin sauce and vanilla syrup I made. This is one of my favorites alongside the Brazilian coffee.

Organic Copan - Green

This is the first time I bought this variety along with the other varieties(Brazil, Mexico, costal rica) and this is one of our favorites. Have been roasting to medium roast and I love my espressos. Will try darker roasts in the future
