For my medium roast, it can hold 6.5oz (weight) of coffee. I hope it is NSF/food safe certified, but it is not clarified on the website.

Nice Coffee Bags

These are nice coffee bags. I reuse them many time. They attract chaff, and are hard to clean which is why I give them 4 starts instead of 5.

Great for samples

Works great for sending roast samples to friends and family. A little expensive but save me from needing to buy bulk so overall worth the cost.
