Roasted - Organic Honduras Copan

I use an Encore burr grinder and a Bonavita coffee drip. This coffee was disappointing. I did not taste any of the notes that were cited for this coffee. I made two cups to determine if one was too weak by using less water. No difference in the flavor. I usually like what I buy from Bodhi, but for the price and taste of this coffee I was very disappointed.
