rich flavor profile

I really like the Honduran coffee! It gave me more flavor than the Mexican coffee and even maybe slightly heavier than the Guatemalan. I used it for a nutty espresso.

Delicious!

I've been roasting this at light-to-medium levels on my Behmor and have enjoyed it greatly. A clean and balanced cup with plenty of sweetness and a juicy acidity on the front. Side note: If you're doing light roasts (City-City+) with this, give it a good 5-7 days of rest before brewing. It's worth the wait!

We get our beans from the farms and roast coffee daily. We truly are farm to cup.
