Description: La Paz is a special lot, customized by our partners at Bon Cafe in San Pedro Sula. They have partnered with several small producers from Marcala, within the region of La Paz. Marcala is known for the production of coffee, and ‘Cafe de Marcala’ was the first protected origin denomination for coffee in Honduras. Bon Cafe has selected the best of its Micro Lots, and blended them to create a regional coffee that embodies the heart and soul of the La Paz region.
This is what Americans think coffee should taste like—mild, nutty, a touch of sweetness and maybe a stonefruit note at Medium roast (FC). Avoid very light and very dark roasts with this one. It’s a dependable blender, too.
Good quality bean for a medium roast. Enjoyed as an everyday drinker, but not as something that will "knock your socks off." Did get a little of that KitKat flavor as it cooled.
I love the taste of this coffee. It has a fruity and nutty taste to it. We love the citrusy flavor it leaves behind.
Roasts very nice and good flavor.
