Description:Established in 2019, this Gesha region farm is lesser known compared to Yirgacheffe or Guji, but its varieties are exceptional. The famed Gesha 1931 and its sibling, Gori Gesha—one of the oldest known coffee varieties—originate from the nearby Gori Gesha Forest, just 20 minutes from the farm.
Owned by our export partner, the farm tightly controls picking and processing, producing everything from anaerobics and carbonic macerations to traditional naturals. This lot underwent a 72HR anaerobic fermentation in barrels before drying for around 3 weeks on raised beds. Thanks to the region’s warm climate, naturals develop beautifully here.
